Maplo transcribes the audio then runs the transcript through an AI pipeline that identifies actors, steps, decisions, and handoffs. These elements are structured into a visual flowchart automatically — no manual work required.
Transcripts can be uploaded as TXT, PDF, or DOCX. For audio, Maplo accepts MP3, MP4, M4A, and WAV. If you record directly in the browser, everything is handled automatically with no file management needed.
Under normal audio conditions, accuracy exceeds 95%. You can always review and edit the transcript before generating your map, and uploading an existing transcript bypasses this step entirely.
