• Device data — browser type, IP address, and operating system, collected automatically.

We use your data to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Maplo service.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.

• Analyse usage patterns to improve features and performance.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your interview recordings or transcripts to train AI models, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

Interview recordings and transcripts are retained until you delete them or close your account. We may retain certain data for up to 90 days after deletion for backup and legal compliance purposes.

We work with carefully selected third-party service providers to operate the platform — covering areas such as authentication, infrastructure, payments, and AI processing. Each provider is contractually bound to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify. We do not authorise any provider to use your data for their own purposes.
