By accessing or using Maplo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by Campo Base Labs SL, registered in Spain. These Terms are governed by Spanish and EU law.
Maplo is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to record or upload interviews and automatically generate visual process maps using artificial intelligence. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
You must create an account to use Maplo. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others or create accounts for automated or bot use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Maplo offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain full ownership of all recordings, transcripts, and process maps you create in Maplo ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Campo Base Labs SL a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
We do not use Your Content to train AI models or share it with third parties, except as required to operate the Service (e.g., sending transcripts to AI providers for processing).
All elements of the Maplo platform — including software, design, trademarks, and documentation — are the property of Campo Base Labs SL and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our IP other than the limited licence to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campo Base Labs SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated process maps will be accurate or complete. You are responsible for verifying the output before relying on it.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service with reasonable notice where possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of La Coruña, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
